Indwelling Sin

Reminder

Y'all know. . .sometimes you just feel tired, you feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like just wanna give up. But you've gotta search within YOU, you've gotta find that inner strength and remember what God has done for you, to get that, motivation to not give up and not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall right down on your face and collapse. . .

I pray that, no matter how tired I am during the upcoming mission trip. . .I'll be able to serve with a joyful heart and no grumbling.

S.O.R.R.Y

As life goes on, I'm starting to learn more and more about responsibility.
And I realize everything I do is affecting the people around me.
So I want to take this time out to apologize for things that I've done, and things that haven't occurred yet.
And the things that I am suppose to take responsibility for.

The Bible Promise Verses

Repentance - But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die. Righteousness - What the wicked dreads will overtake him; what the righteous desire will be granted. (Proverbs 10:24)

Self-Denial - Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it. What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:24-26)
Self-Righteousness - Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him. (Proverbs 26:12)
Self-righteousness - Let another praise you, and not your own mouth; someone else, and not your own lips. (Proverbs 27:2)
Sexual Sins - Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? Yo are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20)
Shame - However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. (1 Peter 4:16)
Sickness - But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5)
Slander and Reproach - If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. (1 Peter 4:14)
Success - Humiliy and the fear of the LORD bring wealth and honor and life. (Proverbs 22:4)
Trust - Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods. (Psalm 40:4)
Trust - Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Wisdom - Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek the LORD understand it fully. (Proverbs 28:5)
